Safari is very dependable, but it uses a bit too much ram up for me. I have tried Orion as well (a browser based on WebKit that does have tab suspending) but I find it to be a bit more buggy than what I would like in it's current state. However, I really like using Safari, and find it works quite well, so I don't really want to swap to another browser. ![]() On my previous Windows computer I would use a Tab suspender to get around this. However, I find that in Safari, I end up blowing through my ram with not that many tabs open. ![]() So I recently purchased an M1 MacBook Air 13" with only 8GB of ram, because it was going to be way to expensive to upgrade to 16GB.
